Realty Ideas Per Day Dear Real Estate Professionals, Utility costs are always a concern for home owners.  One way to watch your electrical usage is through www.SmartMeterTexas.com  .  It shows you your usage broken out in 15 minute increments.  I suspect that other states and areas have similar websites.  Check them out. For home auditing, I use a Kill-A-Watt.  It's a small device that allows you to see how much current your appliances are drawing.   Be sure and get the EZ model.  It's much easier to use.
