Realty Ideas Per Day Dear Real Estate Professionals, Today's marketing idea:  REALTORS DON'T GET SNOW DAYS.  Snow and Ice days are GREAT days to market.  Everyone you know is stuck at home and most likely on their social media.  Be there with them.  Post tips about protecting your home from freezing pipes.  Post about how keep your furnace working at peak efficiency.  Post pictures of the ice and snow and share them around.  Do whatever you can to remind people you're in their world and you are their home expert. Alternate tip: Spend today doing your Social Media Calendar so that you know when to post different topics over the several weeks.  Don't have a social media calendar?  Create one.
