| Dear Real Estate Professionals,
Today's marketing idea: Guerilla Marketing! Have a free give away. I use pens but you could use key rings, unique business cards, Post-its or some other give away. Then give them away EVERYWHERE. Leave them on the shelves at grocery stores, Walgreens, Target, Wal-Mart or anywhere. Just plant them like Easter Eggs. If you drop one marketing item everywhere then every trip is a marketing expense!
