Today's marketing idea: It's still winter but Spring isn't too far away. Make a blog post or social media post about new trends in patios and outdoor living. Find houses on the MLS that have great backyards and post about them. It's cold outside but let your clients smell the charcoal through your great post!! Share them with me so I can see them.
