The Shores At WaterStone by Meritage Homes in Frisco Texas

 I recently toured The Shores at WaterStone, a community of new homes being built in Frisco, Texas.  Built by Meritage Homes, these houses are GREEN and efficient.  I was toured through the model by Monika Kucmiers who was very knowledgeable and happy to assist.  I didn't warn her I was coming so she didn't want to be on camera but you can hear her voice during the discussions. 

These homes start in the $300,000 and are near, but not in, The Tribute community.  You're close enough to enjoy the trails and the lake but not pay the higher HOA fees.

This is a great demonstration of how spray foam insulation can save you money.  These box is heated with air flowing through.  Both fiberglass and cellulose insulation let air and heat through.  Spray foam does not.
