Realty Ideas Per Day Dear Real Estate Professionals, Today's marketing idea:  Guerilla Marketing!  Have a free give away.  I use pens but you could use key rings, unique business cards, Post-its or some other give away.  Then give them away EVERYWHERE.  Leave them on the shelves at grocery stores, Walgreens, Target, Wal-Mart or anywhere.  Just plant them like Easter Eggs.  If you drop one marketing item everywhere then every trip is a marketing expense! It's Superbowl Day, and just like you, people will be spending the day with their eyes glued to the TV and their phones.  You can't be on TV but you can be on their social media feeds. Since people like to talk about themselves, ask people what they're serving at their Superbowl Party, what they're drinking and if they're supporting either team.  Bonus: Post houses from both Boston & Seattle.  Show your friends what $300,000 will buy in each of those cities.  Then show them what $300,000 will buy in YOUR city.
